Aloha! I am Daniel Leyva, sole proprietor of Wailea Property Inspections. After earning an A.S. Degree from Butte College in Building Inspection Technology, I worked as a Combination Inspector and Plans Examiner for city and county jurisdictions in California. I've contracted my services with the U.S. Navy as well as private and public entities. Due to my credentials and experience, I was called in the aftermath of the 1989 Loma Prieta (San Francisco) earthquake to conduct hundreds of disaster inspections in the Santa Cruz County area. I have conducted several thousands of inspections, and pride myself on being easy to work with, patient and honest.
